Sept. 17 - 23, 2004

The Terra spacecraft is operating nominally. All 5 instruments are in science mode.

The scheduled meeting was held at NASA Headquarters on September 13, 2004, to obtain concurrence to power cycle the Terra Solid State Recorder (SSR), at a future date to be determined, to restore functionality to the malfunctioning Printed Wire Assembly (PWA) boards. Action items were levied on ESMO Project to determine the relationship of the amount of science data the SSR is currently capable of storing to the amounts required by the instruments. Plans are also being developed to ship components of the SSR Engineering Model from the SSR vendor in Camden, New Jersey, to initiate radiation testing at GSFC and non-destructive laser testing at Naval Research Laboratory in order to assess the likelihood of future similar PWA events on-orbit for the Terra SSR.

A MODIS lunar calibration roll maneuver is scheduled for October 3, 2004.

A series of orbit Inclination Adjust Maneuvers for Terra is being planned for late October.
