Photos of Terra Spacecraft Prelaunch Preparations

The transport container is cleaned and moved into the clean room. The transport cover, contamination bag and frame are removed from the transport platform.

(NOTE: Most medium-resolution images are approximately 100Kb and are best suited for smaller monitors. Most high resolution images are approximately 200Kb and are best suited for larger monitors.)

The transport container enters clean room facility from the airlock. (medium) (high)
The Three-Axis Positioning device (TAP) in the far right corner will be used to move and maneouvre the spacecraft. (medium) (high)
The transport container is moved to the high bay area. (medium) (high)
The overhead hoist is used to remove the top of the transport container. (medium) (high)
The top of the transport container is removed. (medium) (high)
The protective bag is removed. (medium) (high)
